Sales Performance Manager
Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover
Yodel delivers 155 million parcels a year, generating revenues in excess of £400m. We’re a big business with ambitious plans to transform and become even bigger. We have an exciting opportunity for a tenacious Sales Performance Manager to join our Commercial Development team. As the Sales Performance Manager you will support Yodel in developing and accessing business performance.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Working closely with the Sales Operations and finance teams to ensure alignment to budget profiles and trading performance.
Shaping and managing an effective sales commission scheme by providing input into target setting and forecasting processes.
Analysing revenue and selling performance, highlighting relevant issues and providing recommendations of appropriate action to be taken.
Playing an integral role in the market revenue planning process, which delivers revenue targets and forecasts.
Working with Insights and Sales Analytics team to evaluate the performance of different customer segments and channels.
Delivering analysis on both strategic and tactical issues to drive informed debate and effective decision-making resulting in improved contribution
What you’ll need to show us:
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to turn data and information from insight into action
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations
Excellent IT-knowledge particularly spreadsheets, data, pivot tables, and data mining.
Experience of working with CRM systems, in particular Salesforce.com would be an advantage
Experience of using established data visualisation tools (OBIEE, Tableau) would be an advantage
