Part Time – 30 Hours Per week
Working Monday - Friday with alternate Saturdays

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented customer support specialist to join our expanding customer experience team in Warrington. As the Customer Operational Support Specialist you will act as the key contact between Yodel’s client Ebuyer and the Yodel Operation.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Dealing with any on-site escalations from Ebuyer and customer experience teams
Acting as an enhanced level of support on a day to day basis between Ebuyer and Yodel
Ensuring that all delivery and collection targets are met on a consistent basis.
Production of daily contact reports and distribution to all relevant stakeholders
Identification of any potential client issues and continuous improvement
What you’ll need to show us:
Previous experience within a customer centric role ideally within service or retail.
Flexibility to work Part time hours Monday - Friday including alternate Saturdays.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel to deal with various reports, both creation and interpretation
The ability to work under pressure and challenge the status quo
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, holding your internal and external customers at the heart of everything you do.
