We are looking for a tenacious HR Manager to join our Hatfield operation. As the HR Manger you will work with people managers to resolve issues whilst driving a positive working environment, ensuring we manage our people in a consistent and engaging way.
You are a creative thinker with bags of energy who is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop through the freedom to identify pragmatic solutions, with plenty of experience preferably in logistics or retail and distribution, you have already achieved great things!
You will be comfortable working in a gritty environment, talking to people from different cultures and backgrounds and enjoy building relationships to help you deliver results. You will possess tenacity and resilience and the desire to make a difference every day.
