Talent Scout - Field Based
London Central , Mitcham , Basildon .
Yodel delivers 155 million parcels a year, generating revenues in excess of £400m. We’re a big business with ambitious plans to transform and become even bigger. We are looking to introduce a number of Talent Scouts who will deliver a quality pipeline of candidates across both Employed and Self-Employed areas in order to meet Yodel’s current and future recruitment demands.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Proactively source passive and active candidates from a variety of channels including online databases, social media and referrals
Selecting and assessing candidates against role and behavioural profiles
Ensuring all Candidates are fully briefed and prepared for interview
Constantly networking within the candidate community to source referrals and additional candidate pipelines
What you’ll need to show us:
Experience of both volume and specialist resourcing including; attraction delivery, employer brand proposition development and direct sourcing
A strong knowledge of recruitment databases (ideally iGrasp) and a variety sourcing techniques.
High attention to detail, IT literacy and the ability to track and record performance through meaningful Management Information
Strong communication skills and a pro-active ‘can-do’ approach
Appreciation of core and peak trading cycles and the recruitment activity required to deliver success
Proven record of taking initiative to continually improve service delivery and develop innovative recruitment solutions
Retail / Logistics Resourcing Experience
